If you do not cook very often, you can tend to overlook the importance of organizing your spice area. Truth is, spices are very important to our every day life because we use them to prepare our meals every single day. Whether you decide to place them in a cabinet, on your countertop, or in a drawer, go with whatever works best for you and your family. For me, I keep them organized in a cabinet right above the stove. Organizing your spices comes with so many added benefits:
It can keep you from buying duplicates.
Keeps your spices from becoming expired.
Makes you more aware of what spices need to be replenished.
Helps to establish more space in your cabinet.
Saves you time and money in the long run.
Aesthetically pleasing to have in your kitchen.

Organizing my dishcloths has also come with so many added benefits. I have found it to be super convenient to have a designated drawer space just for dishcloths. It helps me keep tract of when I am getting low and when I need to replenish.

For my dinnerware, I simply organized them in another cabinet. To preserve space, I purchased a shelf rack to make space for additional items. The rack can give you the space to make all your dinnerware visible as soon as you open your cabinet.

Investing in a lid organizer can help keep lids organized and clutter free! It's stable, adjustable, and has proven to be super convenient especially when you need that lid quickly when it's time to make a meal. This is something I know that all households can benefit from. There are so many different styles and aesthetics to choose from and they can be found at just about any retail store with a home section. This one in particular, was purchased from Walmart.

When I discovered ways to keep my pots and pans organized, it became a game changer it our household. Not having to search your pans when you need them the most is so satisfying. I simply purchased a pan and pan organizer which also came from Walmart.

That wraps up Part II of Efficient Kitchen Organization for a Neat Home. I prefer to show 5 systems at a time because trying to complete all things at once keeps becoming overwhelming to say the least. Stay tuned.
