Hello! I'm Dr. Folake Wilson (fuh-luh-kay  ig-gay), founder of So Nice and Neat Living. I know you are probably wondering where did I get such a unique name. My name derives from Africa from my paternal side of the family but I was born, raised, and currently resides in Alabama. Growing up, I was always desired to keep things nice and neat. The older I got, the more meticulous I became in my everyday life and in my home. I learned earlier on in my childhood the importance of a clean home. Much credit is given to my mother for instilling this trait in me. 

 

So Nice & Neat Living was started out of a natural passion I have for all things home and lifestyle. Here you will find a cultivation of modest living with information on organization, affordable shopping links, seasonal styling and lifestyle hacks on making the everyday life smoother by taking control of all the spaces and places in our home. I truly believe your home should feel like your sanctuary and keeping it orderly and making it everything you want it to be can be something all households strive for. I want to change the narrative. I want the topic of discussion when someone visit our homes to be how comfortable, organized, and relaxed it is. And years from now, it will still be the topic of discussion at the family gathering or social kickback with friends.
